Sales Consultant

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers - online, over the phone and in person - to help guide their vehicle purchase. Responding to leads via internet, phone, or face-to-face in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key.

Requirements:

·         Valid Driver's License

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         1-2 years of prior customer service experience (retail experience preferred)

·         Ability to meet sales quotas in a fast-paced environment

 

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

·         Answer inbound leads via phone, internet, or in-person

·         Facilitate test drives, answer customer questions, and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process

·         Use scripts and phone skills to book, confirm, and reschedule appointments for sales or service.

·         Maintaining accurate customer information, logging all calls, and tracking interactions in the CRM.

·         Book repair appointments, following up on declined work, and conducting service follow-ups for customer satisfaction.

·         Conducting high-volume phone calls and emails to prospective buyers, unsold showroom visitors, and customers with upcoming or overdue service appointments.

Automotive Porter

The Automotive Porter keeps our dealership running smoothly by performing duties moving vehicles, cleaning the dealership lot and handling light maintenance tasks.

 

What We're Looking For:

·         A desire to learn about the inner workings of dealership operation

·         Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance

·         A desire to exceed expectations

 

Requirements:

·         Valid Driver's License

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Clean driving record

·         Ability to handle machinery safely

·         Ability to use hand and power tools

·         Prior experience in customer service/retail preferred, but not required

 

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

·         Move vehicles as needed to different locations on the auto dealership lot

·         Providing customer service to prospective buyers by bringing vehicles to them

·         Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors

·         Performing light vehicle maintenance, such as topping off vehicle fluids

·         Placing sale stickers/signs on vehicles as directed by sales staff

·         Cleaning and maintaining the overall dealership, including but not limited to sweeping/mopping the interior, washing windows, picking up trash from the exterior lot, and removal of snow and ice.

·         Starting up vehicles as directed by sales staff to ensure the engines are being utilized and no issues are present

·         Running errands for dealership management

Automotive Service Technician

The Service Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• A passion for cars and customer service
• Acura Service Certification preferred, but not required

 

Requirements:

·         Valid Driver's License

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         1-2 years of prior automotive experience (experience with Acura preferred)

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Organization and follow-up skills

 

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication. 
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.
• Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician's tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as "special tools." 
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
